T his spacious villa commands an ideal position with an uninterrupted view over the Indian ocean a few kilometres south of Mossel Bay. It is located in the prestigious Moquini residential development, where which we were also responsible for the Development Guidelines. Designed with reference to Indonesian precedent, it incorporates many luxurious facilities, including a wine cellar, sauna, dumb waiter and the finest interior finishes.
